Position: SAP Financial Analyst for City
Join the City of Pickering as a Senior SAP Financial Accounting Analyst and contribute to efficient financial reporting and analysis within the Finance Department. This full-time, permanent role is designed for professionals skilled in SAP FICO.

Located in City Hall, this position focuses on supporting the city’s ERP system and provides functional expertise in SAP financial modules. You’ll engage with team members across departments to enhance training and user experiences.

Your role includes ensuring compliance and optimizing the efficiency of financial reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training on SAP Financial modules for staff

• Develop customized training guides for finance users

• Perform audits to ensure financial data compliance

• Improve SAP functionalities to enhance reporting

• Assist with system developments like POS integration

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline

• Professional designation (CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA)

• Five years of experience in SAP FICO

• Strong analytical and customer service abilities

• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting
