Lending Consultant

Position: Lending Consultant at Fairstone Financial
Impact client finances as a Lending Consultant at Fairstone Financial in Pickering, Ontario. Process loan applications and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role requires a focus on delivering quality service while adhering to credit policies. You will engage with both potential and current clients digitally and in-person, collecting necessary loan information to tailor solutions to their needs.

Your role is essential in maintaining customer loyalty and trust through effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process loan applications accurately and on time

• Sell loan and protection products to prospective customers

• Assist with closing loans online and in person

• Manage cash controls and process loan payments

• Support clients with overdue loan accounts

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong communication skills are essential

• 1 year experience in loan underwriting is a plus

• Positive attitude and focus on teamwork
