As a full-time member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work on-site in a supportive Banking Centre. This role emphasizes establishing key relationships with clients while understanding their priorities and providing informed recommendations. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, allowing for evening and weekend hours across various banking centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their financial goals

• Provide personalized financial product recommendations

• Participate in community outreach for client relationship building

• Introduce clients to useful banking technologies

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive service

Requirements:

• Holds a valid Mutual Funds License or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in a client-facing role

• Strong understanding of financial products and solutions

• Goal-oriented with a commitment to client success
