Position: Amica Maintenance Manager Role

With at least six years of hands-on experience in building management, you will spearhead maintenance activities ensuring they align with legislative guidelines. The responsibility extends to managing daily operations, conducting safety drills, and collaborating with contractors for various projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of building maintenance operations

• Initiate fire and safety drills and staff training

• Execute all routine maintenance tasks as required

• Maintain thorough records in the CMMS

• Coordinate with contractors for work schedules

Requirements:

• Six years in maintenance management within relevant sectors

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Familiarity with CMMS and budget management

• Excellent organizational skills and time management

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet job demands
