Area Manager, Management Project & Program Management

Position: Area Manager with AtkinsRéalis
AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Area Manager for the Pickering Steam Generators Replacement program. Lead project planning and execution with a focus on safety and efficiency.

In this role, you will report to the SGR Deputy Project Director, steering planning and readiness efforts for the Pickering project. Your commitment to a collaborative project-first approach will drive the successful execution of project deliverables while managing budgets and schedules effectively. You will also work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to fulfill project goals

• Ensure project safety and quality standards are met

• Update the project manager on progress regularly

• Proactively identify project risks and opportunities

• Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient project execution

Requirements:

• Technical degree or diploma required

• 3-5 years in a nuclear refurbishment setting

• Project management expertise highly valued

• Primavera P6 knowledge is essential

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
