Youth Wellness Hub Manager at DCHC

Lead the Youth Wellness Hub at Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) with this temporary full-time role. Focus on delivering high-quality, integrated care for youth and manage a dedicated team.

The Manager, Youth Wellness Hub is central to providing youth-centered services in Oshawa, Pickering, and Ajax. This role demands a minimum of five years’ leadership experience in community health and youth services. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring services reflect diverse youth needs while promoting trauma-informed care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of the Youth Wellness Hub model

• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team

• Manage daily Hub operations and service delivery

• Build relationships with community agencies and schools

• Support program evaluation and quality improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field;
Master’s preferred

• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in youth services

• Strong team leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of youth development and co-design approaches

• Familiarity with Ontario's health system and YWHO model
