- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering or a related field.
- A robust technical background with comprehensive knowledge of industrial fluids, including advanced metalworking fluids and industrial cleaners.
- Demonstrated hands-on industry experience and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in areas like roll forming, stamping, and other relevant industrial applications.
- A track record of exceptional achievement in industrial sales and key account management, with a clear history of identifying and implementing process improvements that deliver tangible customer value.
