Acura Pickering, proud members of Drive Autogroup is currently growing their sales team and are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Acquisition Specialist to help generate new business and build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with service department clients to identify opportunities to acquire vehicles for the dealership’s used car inventoryBuild rapport with service customers to assess vehicle condition, ownership status, and potential interest in selling or trading their vehiclePresent vehicle upgrade options, including transitioning service clients into new or pre-owned vehicles, when appropriateConduct vehicle appraisals in coordination with the Sales Manager and used car team to ensure competitive and profitable offersCollaborate closely with the Sales Team, BDC, and Sales Managers to review service appointments, customer data, and equity positions to identify acquisition and upgrade opportunitiesFollow up with service clients through phone, text, and email to nurture acquisition and upgrade prospectsCoordinate smooth handoffs between Service, Sales, and BDC to ensure a seamless customer experienceMaintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, appraisals, and acquisition opportunities in the CRMMonitor market trends and inventory needs to support strategic used vehicle sourcingEnsure compliance with dealership policies, state regulations, and ethical sales practicesQualifications
Previous experience in automotive sales, BDC, customer acquisition, or a similar sales-focused role is an assetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approachAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applicationsSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and growAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as requiredWhat We Offer
