Salary

£22,800 basic | OTE £51,000+ | £30,000 PA guaranteed in your first 6 months

To give you confidence from day one, you’ll receive a guaranteed bonus in your first 6 months, ensuring at least £30,000 PA during that period. On top of that, you’ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission above target.

Monday – Friday Rota between 08:00 – 18:00, day off in a week and alternative weekends (42.5 hours per week)

As a Car Sales Executive working for the prestigious Jaguar Land Rover brand, you will be an integral part of the customer experience and inspire long term customer engagement. You will be required to sell a range of new cars and products whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will work closely with our customers to offer tailored options to meet their individual needs.

• Have specialist knowledge of car sales and process
• Be able to deliver car sales targets whilst maintaining KPi’s
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build strong relationships.
• Ability to achieve a performance standard against a set target.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.
• Experience working in a face-to-face sales environment
• Experience in making sales calls/prospecting warm leads
• IT literate
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Be able to pass a satisfactory DBS and reference check
