Position: Sales Administrator for New Home Sales

This full-time position serves as the first point of contact at our sales centres. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with administrative tasks and customer interactions. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing sign-ins, preparing sales materials, and scheduling appointments to facilitate successful sales endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to visitors at the sales centre

• Keep the sales office and model homes presentation-ready

• Conduct daily visitor sign-in procedures and record traffic

• Support Sales Advisors with administrative duties

• Help coordinate community events and client meetings

Requirements:

• High school diploma mandatory

• Background in customer service or sales administration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
