Drive Autogroup is seeking an Automotive Sales Acquisition Specialist to enhance client relationships and drive vehicle acquisitions. Help our service department clients maximize their vehicle ownership potential.
In this essential position, you will proactively engage service customers to discuss their vehicle selling and trading interests. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to carry out appraisals and monitor market conditions to stay ahead in the industry.
Your role involves ensuring a seamless customer experience from service to sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to uncover acquisition opportunities
• Assess current vehicle conditions and trading interests
• Present relevant upgrade options to clients
• Work with the Sales Manager on appraisals
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Multitasking and organizational skills in a busy setting
• Comfortable with CRM software and tech tools
• Willing to provide flexible work hours
