About the Role
A global, specialized food company is expanding its workforce in Canada and is in search of an energetic and driven Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer service, brand development, forecasting, and profit initiatives.
Responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships, boosting sales and revenue, and hitting sales goals.
Compensation and Benefits- Compensation paid monthly, based on reaching monthly sales targets, sales margins & A/R management targets
- Projected annual compensation is $60K

- Identify new business opportunities and devise strategic sales plans for maximum revenue

- Create sales forecasts and budgets to track performance and meet targets
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback for growth opportunities
- Use sales data analysis to enhance strategies for improved sales and profitability
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales plans
- Maintain expert product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure positive customer experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of sales and customer service experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in retail or consumer goods industry preferred
