Position: GTA Sales Administrator at Mattamy Homes
Become a New Home Sales Administrator at Mattamy Homes Canada and engage with future homeowners across the GTA East.

Your role will be essential in providing exceptional customer service at our vibrant sales centres.

This full-time position involves greeting home buyers, maintaining an inviting sales office, and aiding Sales Advisors with critical administrative tasks. You will manage visitor sign-ins, coordinate meetings and events, and support the overall sales process while ensuring a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors at the sales centre

• Ensure a clean and appealing model home and sales office

• Oversee daily visitor sign-in and traffic management

• Help prepare sales materials and administrative documentation

• Assist in organizing community events and client tours

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Previous customer service or sales administrative experience

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Must be available for weekend shifts
