Job Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales growth of an assigned geographic area to achieve financial targets for multiple P&L.
  • Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other issues via phone or email.
  • Perform operational activities such as creation of accounts, setup of items, and management of E-commerce platform orders, ensuring compliance with business processes and policies.
  • Assist with presales support, customer inquiries, and quote preparation.
  • Coordinate all entities involved in providing pre-order booking support, order entry, and order management support up to shipment and invoicing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales position.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Extremely proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
