Lawn and Snow Sales Specialist

As a Lawn & Snow Sales Specialist, you will actively engage in outside sales to identify new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent negotiation skills and proficiency in Salesforce will be key to successfully closing deals and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business through proactive outside sales strategies
• Develop relationships with existing clients for retention
• Conduct tailored product presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively
• Manage accounts using Salesforce for tracking sales progress
Requirements:
• Experience in outside B2B sales or technical sales
• Proven track record in closing sales deals
• Excellent English communication skills;
Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license preferred
