Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team. This 100% commission‑based role focuses on selling commercial insurance policies and driving new business growth.

• Sell commercial insurance policies and drive new business growth for your book.
• Develop and maintain a prospect list and execute sales planning and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including visiting customer sites.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate account placement with insurers, leveraging broad market access and internal specialty resources.
• Keep abreast of market knowledge, product and pricing issues, and placement opportunities.
• Gather and document relevant information to ensure customers receive appropriate coverage and service.
• Maintain book quality by adhering to underwriting rules and sound business practices.
• Arrange payment terms for new business and support timely collection of payments.
• Support customers through the claims process with claims advocacy support when needed.
• Travel in and out of town as required.

• High school and/or post‑secondary education.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
• RIBO License (required).
• CIP, FCIP, CAIB and/or CCIB (preferred).
• Exposure to Epic is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
