Position: Scarborough Field Service Technician Openings
Moneris is seeking Field Service Technicians in Scarborough to provide outstanding technical support to our merchants. This role focuses on installing, testing, and repairing essential electronic systems.

As a Field Service Technician, you'll operate in the field, handling the installation of various devices such as cash registers and point-of-sale systems. Qualified candidates will have a post-secondary certificate and at least two years of related technical experience. You’ll be the key to maintaining merchant satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service electronic devices at merchant locations

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly

• Build rapport and trust with merchant clientele

• Organize and maintain tools and work environment

• Update software and install cabling as necessary

Requirements:

• Post-secondary certificate in electronics or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience as a technician in client services

• Familiarity with POS systems, computing, and networks

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Valid driver's license and ability to handle tools
