Junior Building Operator at Madison Homes

In this position, you will support operational services across our commercial portfolio. You will perform essential tasks, including garbage collection, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs. Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily maintenance in buildings and grounds

• Conduct inspections and routine checks on building systems

• Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed

• Oversee contractors working within building spaces

• Address tenant needs promptly and effectively

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario driver’s license is required

• Basic repair skills in various building systems

• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes

• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities

• Previous experience as a Building Operator is an asset
