Concrete Formwork Carpenter Opportunity

Join Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd as a Concrete Formwork Carpenter on the Duffin Creek WWTP project in Pickering, Ontario. Utilize your skills in interpreting blueprints and managing quality control for formwork.

This role offers an exciting chance to work with one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies starting mid to late September 2026. As a Carpenter or Journeyman, you will manage and construct concrete forms, ensuring safety and quality at every stage. Ideal candidates will have knowledge in scaffolding, slab construction, and be proactive in reporting safety hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and specifications accurately

• Prefabricate and install concrete forms

• Ensure quality control of all formwork

• Assist foreman with layout and elevation shooting

• Report unsafe work practices and safety hazards

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle

• Experience with scaffolding and shoring

• Proven ability to align and install forms

• Strong understanding of safety standards

• Prior experience in concrete work
