Administrative Secretary - Technology Department

Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified candidates for consideration of employment for an Administrative Secretary - Technology Department position.

This is a 12-month position.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED equivalency

* Previous secretarial office experience required with successful skills in creating and managing multiple projects

* Expert-user skill-level in creation and use of databases, spreadsheets, word processing and the full range of Microsoft Office Suite products, data entry and records management

* Excellent organizational and communication skills both orally and in written communication

* Experience with a wide range of office equipment

* Typing speed of at least 40 wpm with accuracy and proper use of grammar

* Must be able to maintain and respect confidential information and situations

* Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations

* Must be able to assist supervisor in creating a safe, positive and confidential working environment

* Must work well with students, staff, community members and parents of diverse populations.
