Residential Construction Laborer

NC Services is seeking a Construction Laborer to work on various single & multi-family job sites throughout Columbus, Ohio.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Interior and exterior site clean-up.
• Minor construction tasks (non-licensed trade items).
• Secure the company's property and protect it from theft, vandalism, and damage.
• Manage and maintain safety according to OSHA on every site.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Must have own hand tools.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 8 continuous hours in exposed weather conditions.
• Ability to see and hear within normal parameters/range.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be a Self-starter.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• At least 1-year related experience preferred.

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
