Job Qualifications:
* Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit with ESEA endorsement issued by OSBOE.
* High school diploma/GED equivalency; college-level training preferred.
* Experience working within an elementary-level educational setting is desirable.
* Preferred experience with educational technology.
* Ability to effectively supervise elementary students.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to follow directions and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed.
* Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with peers.
* Dependable with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents from diverse populations.
