Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our Med‑Spa. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for aesthetic treatments, exceptional customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of skin health and beauty. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will provide advanced skincare services, educate clients on treatment options, and promote a welcoming environment that fosters client satisfaction and loyalty.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance clients’ confidence through personalized aesthetic care while working in a professional and innovative setting. You will also be assisting surgeon in medical procedures and receive hands‑on on‑the‑job training.

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Deliver personalized skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, products, and maintenance for optimal results.
• Provide additional services such as eyelash extensions, waxing, tinting, microneedling, overall client experience.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring the treatment area is clean at all times.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Foster excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients, address concerns, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatment techniques, and product innovations to continually improve service quality.

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in laser treatments preferred.
• Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, and other skincare procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products and conducting product demos is advantageous.
