Entry-Level IT Technician

Cayman Technologies is seeking an Entry-Level IT Technician to join our growing team in Pickerington, Ohio.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, likes helping people, and wants to build a career in the IT industry.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable working directly with clients.

• Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, and printers
• Assist with computer setups and workstation installations
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Support Microsoft 365 users
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records
• Assist senior technicians with projects and client support
• Participate in onsite client visits as needed

• Interest in computers and technology
• Experience building, repairing, or troubleshooting PCs
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with printers, networking, and common office technology
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Technical skills are important, but attitude is even more important.
