Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Develop and implement treatment plans

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Current Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio National certification (AANP or ANCC) in [specialty, if applicable]Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
