Role
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a travel assignment.
ResponsibilitiesProvide rapid, high-quality emergency care by assessing and triaging patients, administering treatments, monitoring patient safety, collaborating with healthcare teams, documenting care, and educating patients. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & SkillsRequires at least one year of ER experience, valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Preferred certifications include TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE. Must demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication, technical proficiency, physical endurance, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key DutiesRapid assessment and triage; patient care; medication administration; equipment preparation; vital sign monitoring; responding to emergencies; documentation; patient education; and interdisciplinary collaboration.
