As an LPN, you’ll deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at‑home environment. Collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.

• Administering medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience.
• We're looking for compassionate nurses who feel called to care for the elderly. Our nurses take pride in providing a wonderful home for our seniors and working together as a team to make that happen.

• A valid and un‑encumbered state Nursing License.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus, and a collaborative spirit is essential.
• 1 or more years of experience as an LPN.
• Licensed as an LPN but no experience? We can help you gain experience and build a great professional foundation.
