Support Lead Part Time

Five Below - 10701 Blacklick-Eastern Road Northwest - Responsibilities:
Ensure all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers;
Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout;
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for floor placement;
Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations, staff, and urgent issues;
Manage opening and closing of the store including secure cash, locking doors, and setting alarms;
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service;
Coordinate merchandising procedures with store leadership and World Recovery;
Perform store maintenance tasks such as trash, cleaning, and stock room upkeep
