Responsibilities and qualifications include:

• Previous experience as a participant/player and/or coach/advisor.
• Have or be willing to complete sports medical, CPR and concussion training.
• Must have or be willing to complete NFHS coaching certification.
• Must have valid Pupil Activity Permit issued by ODE.
• Must have current CPR and concussion certificate on file if training has been completed.
• Must have First Aid certification.
• Must have current Sudden Cardiac Arrest certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff of diverse populations.
• Previous Varsity head coaching experience preferred and other qualities and attributes as deemed necessary by PLSD Administration.
