As a Seal Helper you will support production and assembly teams by performing basic material handling, preparatory tasks, and general shop duties. You’ll assist operators, keep work areas organized, perform simple inspections, and help ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety and quality practices across the shop floor.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing, warehouse or general labor experience helpful but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Good teamwork, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing for long periods of time, lifting to 75 lbs., bending, and twisting.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Warehouse/production environment with required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, ear protection). Fast‑paced, physical role; occasional exposure to dust, noise or solvents (ventilation and training provided). Emphasis on teamwork, cleanliness and adherence to safety procedures.

$17.00 – $19.00 per hour
