The LVN provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, phlebotomy, gathering data, medication administration, and verification of medication for Medical Assistants within scope of practice.

• Graduation from an accredited LVN school with a current LVN license issued by the State of California.
• Preferred 1 year of patient care experience in outpatient/inpatient, skilled nursing, home health, or clinic setting.
• IV certification preferred.
• Preferred wound care experience.
• Experience and knowledge of patients’ physical, mental, and social needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred, depending on location.
• Valid BLS certification or higher, following American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines.

Pay starts at $31.93 hourly.

Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
