Location: Pico Rivera, CA
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

The Electrical Technician Engineer is responsible for wiring, installing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems for industrial furnaces, kilns, and ovens. This role works closely with engineering and production teams to ensure equipment meets quality standards while supporting equipment startup and commissioning at customer sites. Candidates should have strong electrical troubleshooting skills and be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school certification or college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with electrical systems
- Experience with electrical controls, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial equipment
- Experience with gas burner systems or HVAC systems is a plus
- Forklift, scissor lift, and shop equipment experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
- Layout, wire, install, and test electrical systems on industrial furnaces, kilns, and ovens
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and CAD drawings
- Troubleshoot electrical systems including PLCs, drives, controllers, and instrumentation
- Wire equipment while maintaining UL and CE compliance standards
- Install and fabricate components according to engineering specifications
- Assist with equipment startup and commissioning at customer facilities
- Provide feedback to engineering teams on product improvements
- Travel domestically and internationally to support customers and projects
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Lift up to 45 pounds as needed
- Stand, sit, kneel, crawl, climb, and work in various positions throughout the day
- Maintain excellent hand dexterity and physical stamina
- Possess strong close-up, distance, depth, and color vision
