Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday

Your Ticket In

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6+ months of previous assembly or manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Steel-toes

Your Role on the Line

• Assemble components into subassemblies following standardized work instructions
• Use hand tools, air tools, and small power tools as required
• Inspect parts and completed subassemblies for defects or quality issues
• Verify proper fit, alignment, and torque specifications
• Maintain required production pace and meet daily output goals
• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify supervisor of equipment or material issues
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards)
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
• Support other production areas as needed
