Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and proceduresCoordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staffEvaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient servicesMonitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed
Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situationsAct as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communicationMentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and trainingQualifications
