What We Offer- Competitive pay: $34–$36/hour
- $1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 paid on your first full paycheck)
- $2/hour shift differential (nights & weekends)

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide and supervise direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
- Lead and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
- Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
