Support customers at their locations during launches and through production to address their concerns in a timely and professional manner;
Interface with SQEs, production supervisors, engineers, line operators;
Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and dispositioning of those returns;
Sort materials required to address customer concerns with Decostar liaison(s) and Decostar team members;
Prepare and submit reports on field representations / activities; travel as required to customer locations
