Summary/PurposeCreate and maintain control plan documentation (PFMEA, MQC, ECCS, FSCS, etc.), create TIS (technical instruction sheets) per engineering criteria as well as new product launch activities such as spare part registration. Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for engineering materials, tools, and services. Support engineering staff with data entry, reporting, and internal communications.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities- Create and maintain quality control plan documentation (PFMEA, MQC, ECCS, FSCS, etc.) per PE direction.
- Create and maintain status reports for management review (PE MOC, process deviation status, etc.).
- Maintain process sheets, route to engineering for revision, make necessary changes.
- Create purchase requisitions, search PO status, create capital project status reports, etc. within ERP system.
- Responsible for PE document room organization and 5S.
- Responsible for 5S in their area.
- Travel as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in mathematical and grammatical skills.
- Ability to professionally create reports and other documents with a high detail of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Excel, Word, Solid Works.
- Familiar with AIAG core quality tools & documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Self‑motivated and able to work without close supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Associate’s degree in a relevant field preferred or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent relevant experience.

- Work shift as assigned and overtime is required, as needed.
- Will be required to do the following throughout the shift: standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching above and below shoulders, moving left to right repetitively, grasping, and fine finger dexterity.
- May be required to lift during shift up to 40 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required with this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The performance of this position requires exposure to manufacturing areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as steel‑toed shoes, safety glasses with side shields.
