About The Role

We're looking for a skilled and self‑sufficient Maintenance Technician II to join our PM Crew
. This role focuses on completing all preventative maintenance across the plant to ensure our equipment operates efficiently and safely. This position works exclusively during downtime – not during production – making it ideal for someone who takes pride in proactive maintenance and detailed planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Manage and organize spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Support improvement projects as directed by the Plant Engineer.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance shop and toolbox.
• Communicate clearly with the team regarding maintenance needs and updates.
• Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and confined space entry procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with hand tools and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various plant environments.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Self‑sufficient and able to manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Mechanical, electrical, welding, and general plant maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems and inventory control.
