Job Overview

Maytronics, the leading innovator in automatic pool robotics and parent company to the Dolphin pool cleaning brand, is in search of a Warehouse Supervisor for our Piedmont, SC location. The Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations including but not limited to managing labor, safety and security of people. The supervisor is accountable for ensuring orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

This role is also responsible for ensuring that they display and require from subordinates, behaviors and maintain a culture that is fully aligned with the company's core values. This role is scheduled to work Wednesday through Sunday.

Responsibilities And Duties
  • Supports hiring and training of new employees.
  • Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
  • Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
  • Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
  • Ensures that all stock is stored in the correct locations in the warehouse.
  • Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.
  • Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
  • Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
  • Resolves routine equipment issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Works cross‑functionally with the distribution leaders to ensure all aspects of the operations are managed daily.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Business or similar discipline preferred.
  • At least six months of experience in distribution or manufacturing required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
  • Forklift certification or familiarity with material handling equipment (preferred).
  • Must be available to work weekends.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to be on their feet at least 60% of the day.
