Forklift Operator

** Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing supplier, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team.*
* As a  
** Forklift Operator** , you will be part of the  
** Logistics/Production Department
** supporting  
** plant operations and material flow teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong attention to safety** ,  
** reliable communication skills** , and the  
** ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments** , which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Pay Range: 20+ depending on shift*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Safely operate sit-down gas and battery-powered forklifts to move heavy materials in confined spaces

+ Perform accurate scanning, labeling, and inventory

+ Transport and position racks, car doors, and trunks within the plant following process flow

+ Complete required pre-shift inspections and follow all safety, PPE, and equipment procedures

+ Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and follow plant policies, safety rules, and operating principles

** What's Needed?*
* + 2+ years of sitdown forklift experience

+ Able to Maneuver forklift in tight spaces with heavy loads

+ Able to place heavy loads on high racks

+ Ability to lift 25-40 lbs repetitively; occasional overhead, forward, and below‑waist reaching

+ High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to obtain forklift certification within 1 week of hire
