Manage and supervise all aspects of the materials department including inventory control, procurement, production scheduling, and distribution, to ensure proper forecasting and timely shipments of customer orders.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the plant supply chain, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, production scheduling and procurement.
• Oversee the execution of procurement and scheduling to ensure service metrics and customer demands are met.
• Manage inventory control programs across all material types to ensure accurate inventory and drive inventory reductions.
• Manage plant inventory investments including liquidating obsolete inventory, monitoring and improving inventory turns and management of stock levels.
• Oversee the shipping and receiving functions to optimize flow while facilitating a working warehouse and off‑site warehouse, when applicable.
• Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree Required | Master’s Degree/APICS CPIM Desired

Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience (Required)
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing (Required)
• 2-5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment (Desired)
