Chemical Process Technician II; 3rd Shift

Position: Chemical Process Technician II (3rd Shift)
3rd Shift Chemical Process Technician II opening with a growing manufacturing organization in the Piedmont area. In this role you'll monitor, maintain, and adjust chemical processes on automated plating lines to keep production running safely and within spec. Must have 1–3 years of experience working with chemicals in a manufacturing environment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and supporting a high-volume production process.

This is a 3rd shift opportunity (12am-8:30am, M-F)

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in a chemical processing, plating, wastewater, or manufacturing environment

• Experience handling industrial chemicals and maintaining process baths

• Understanding of basic mechanical systems (pumps, tanks, meters, lines)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with production teams

Job Duties:

• Perform in-process chemical checks across multiple production lines

• Conduct routine chemical additions, adjustments, and feed pump dosing

• Log and monitor data in process tracking systems and maintenance platforms

• Support tank dumps, rebuilds, and chemical system cleaning as scheduled

• Follow all safety rules including PPE, lockout/tagout, and confined space steps
