- Guide a crew of 5–10 production employees
- Set daily assignments and expectations
- Keep the team on pace to meet throughput and on-time targets
- Train new hires and support employee development
- Step in hands-on with products whenever needed
- 2 years of experience as a lead in a manufacturing environment
