Piedmont Post Acute – Piedmont, SC $34–$36/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities About Us Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina—just 20 minutes from Greenville. Our smaller size creates a quiet, close-knit, family-oriented environment where residents and staff truly matter. We are proud of our supportive culture and are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and make a meaningful impact every day.
What We Offer Competitive pay: $34–$36/hour $1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 paid on your first full paycheck)$2/hour shift differential (nights & weekends)
Next-day pay available upon request $5,000 tuition reimbursement / loan assistance

Position Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans.
Key Responsibilities Provide and supervise direct patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
Lead and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care delivery
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
Current CPR certification required
Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
