Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Piedmont Post Acute – Piedmont, SC $28–$29/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities About Us
Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina—just 20 minutes from Greenville. Our smaller size creates a peaceful, close-knit, family-like environment where both residents and staff are truly valued. We’re proud of our supportive culture and are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
What We Offer- Competitive pay: $28–$29/hour
- $2/hour shift differential night & weekends
- $1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 paid on your first full paycheck)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ overall health and well-being while working closely with the interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
