Rework Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect and Rework Cell Connectors to ensure they meet exact specifications and industry standards
• Follow detailed work instructions and production protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Utilize precision measuring tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Identify, report, and help resolve any defects or quality issues
• Deliver exceptional service and communication to team leads and other departments

• Frequently positioning of oneself to perform work tasks
• Repetitive manipulation of objects, tools, or controls for multiple hours
• Move up to 10 pounds repeatedly

• Sharp attention to detail — your inspections help ensure road safety!
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime when needed
• Self‑motivated and committed to delivering 100% quality in every part you inspect

Monday-Thursday 7:30 am–6:00 pm (OT as needed)

$19.00 an hour
