A leading automotive manufacturing organization in the Greenville, SC area is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and workplace safety initiatives.

This role will be responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, leading ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems, and driving a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
Responsibilities- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems
- Drive a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the facility
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of EHS experience specifically within a large manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of RCRA/Hazardous Waste
- Strong technical background in Air, Storm, and Wastewater requirements
- Must be certified ISO 14001 auditor OR have 3+yrs of hands on ISO 14001 direct experience
- Hands‑on experience being involved in OHSA inspections/audits
- Previous supervisory experience or strong desire to move into a leadership role
