Warehouse - Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our new construction residential plumbing operations. This role is responsible for organizing, staging, and managing plumbing materials and equipment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to job sites. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect plumbing materials and supplies
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for new residential construction projects
• Pull, stage, and load materials for daily job site deliveries
• Verify packing slips and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist plumbers and field supervisors with material requests
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
