Join our team as a Warehouse Support Associate, where you will be essential in daily operations, material handling, and supporting production needs. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 and a path to team lead opportunities for those who show initiative and leadership.

• Safely move, organize, and stage pallets and materials throughout the warehouse
• Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Support production and packaging teams with material replenishment
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse conditions
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus
