Business Operations Intern Cross-Departmental Internship

The Business Operations Intern will gain broad exposure across multiple departments, including Operations, Human Resources, Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. This rotational internship is designed for students interested in learning how different business functions work together to support organizational success.

The intern may assist various departments with projects and daily operations, including:

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with organizing employee files and HR records.
• Participate in hiring events and internship outreach efforts.

• Assist with process improvement and workflow projects.
• Collect and analyze operational data.
• Observe and support daily operational activities.

• Support AR/AP activities and financial data entry.
• Assist with reporting and reconciliation projects.
• Conduct market research and assist with lead generation.
• Help prepare sales and marketing materials.

• Assist with inventory management projects.
• Support vendor communications and purchasing activities.
• Analyze inventory and purchasing data.

• Participate in cross-functional projects that impact multiple departments.
• Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt and work with multiple teams.

By the end of the internship, the intern will:

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
